Matsuri is a Tokaido expansion that brings new cards and tokens to the game. With this expansion, the players live the Japanese feasts and festivals. These cards modify the way each section of the road is played. This doesn’t transform the game, but adds even more depth and strategy in the same way that Crossroads did.
