Shipments and returns

Shipping is calculated automatically in your shopping basket. You always know the total amount including shipping when checking out.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking. For the receipt of an international package a signature is needed.

Shipping fees are calculated when you check out. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. It also isn't possible to split up orders in case you add items that aren't available immediately.

We do our best to pack the items ordered safe and ship the well-protected. All our shipments are also insured. Unfortunately damage can always occur during shipment. If you receive your package, please check the box for damage. If the package is damaged, mention this before signing or take note of it above your signature. If you open the package and notice damage, take pictures as soon as possible (with the items still in the box) and don't throw away the packaging. We also need a picture of the packaging in our damage claim.

Items can be returned within a 14 day period. If you want to return items first contact us to tell us you are returning one or more items ordered. We'll provide you with the shipping address and you can return the products. If the items are opened or used it isn't possible anymore to return them. Only open the item ordered if you are sure you want to keep it.

Missing components

It is possible there are missing parts in a game when you open it due to a manufacturing error. Most publishers have fast working after sales support and can send replacement parts to you. We can always help you in contacting the publisher so don't hesitate to contact us in case of problems.

Damaged shipments

If you receive the package, please check the packaging for visible damage. If you notice significant damage, please mention this to the delivery person before signing for the package. Also keep in mind claims have to be filed within 7 days after the acceptance of the package. If you don't file the complaint within these 7 days we won't be able to reimburse you for the damages.

We always ship with insurance. If you have received a shipment with damaged products, please provide the following:

- A picture of the shipping box from all sides. One of the pictures should include the shipping label.
- A picture of the opened shipping box with the contents (and protective materials visible).
- A picture of the damaged products.
- A picture of all the protective materials used in your shipment.

When we have received these pictures we can file an insurance claim.
